Independence Seaport Museum and Franklin Institute
The Independence Seaport Museum and The Franklin Institute join forces for this epic "battle" for Philadelphia between a pirate and a viking. The kid-friendly event starts on the pirate's turf at the Independence Seaport Museum, then moves to The Franklin Institute later in the day. Themed activities (like sword-making) take place at both museums as the pirate and viking rally museum visitors to choose sides and support their "cause." A bus provides transportation for attendees between the museums. May the best man win!
